PRICE
A quote will be sent prior to all repairs, the quote may not reflect the final price exactly however any additional costs (typically if additional parts are needed) will first be communicated with the customer clearly.
Parts pricing may not reflect what you see online, if you are unsatisfied with the cost of a part, you may also supply them, however in that case I cannot guarantee their quality.
The price reflected on your invoice is non-negotiable, however, if you believe there is a charge that you did not agree to, please let me know and that extra cost may be waived.
PAYMENT
Payment is required upon pickup, your device will be held securely for 60 days while awaiting payment unless a trusted arrangement or extension is made.
If no payment is received after 60 days after the completion of a repair, the device will be considered abandoned, and you relinquish your ownership of the device, and it may be auctioned to the public.
You will receive 3 payment reminders if the item is being held:
20 days: First reminder
40 days: Second Reminder
59 days: Final reminder

Your satisfaction is my priority, if you are unhappy with the outcome of a repair, tune-up or restoration, please contact me, and I’ll do a second pass for free if there are no additional parts are required. Otherwise, it will be clearly communicated to the customer and a new quote for parts will be created.
